How nice that you want to come and visit us at BISe.

We love larger groups and events and have room to accommodate groups of up to 80 people seated at the same time.

For groups of more than 6 people, we put together a menu for the whole group, of course we take allergies and diets into account to be able to ensure quality and that everyone gets the food at the same time. As the menu changes every week, we would be grateful if we could receive a list of diets and allergies at least two days before your visit. If you would like a menu suggestion, you are welcome to ask for this in connection with registering a special diet.

RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS

BISe accepts online bookings or bookings via email only. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. Due to our intimate size we are able to seat just 80 guests at any one time Reservations can be made up to three (3) months in advance and up to 2 hours prior to your desired dining time. Each guest in the party is required to partake in our 3 course menu option. Beverages are charged on consumption and there is strictly no BYO. 

SEATING

Dining takes place either in the dining room, or living room depending on group sizes. Due to the changing configuration of reservation numbers we are unable to confirm or guarantee your placement within the restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our intimate size we give our guests an option to pay in advance to get a discount. At least 1 days notice (7 days for groups larger than 6 people) of cancellation, reduction in numbers or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If less than 1 days notice (7 days for groups larger than 6 people) is given and if we are unable to fill your seats the following cancellation fees apply (includes reduction in numbers and change of date); • 100% menu price within 24 hours • 50% menu price within 2-7 days

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We are very happy to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements with advance notice. Please ensure you include ALL dietaries on booking. In the event your dietary requirements are quite restrictive, please contact us to discuss, as our intimate size can limit our flexibility in certain circumstances.

Off course there will still be the option to get the full BISe Menu but maybe one in the group just want a starter and a glass of wine, either or you're more than welcome. to book a table.

The food takes inspiration from all over the world but always with one foot in the Southern European cuisines and we always offer three starters, mains and desserts.

New semester and a new year here at BISe School Of Wine.

It may seem pompous and pretentious to call it a wine school, but we promise the content won't be.
At BISe we like to drink wine and not spit it out. We also think that wine is the social glue that makes strangers find a common language. Wine should be fun and with us pen and paper to write down notes will shine with its absence to instead focus on conversation and pleasure.

On each occasion, we start in a new wine region and test 5 wines from the region. We think the region is more exciting than the grape, as the terroir and winemaking tradition in each area influence the wine more than the actual grape on many occasions.

The wine tastings will be on a beginner/want to know more/know a little but have a lot of stupid questions that I want to ask someone-level and will be adapted on each occasion to the attendees.
Perfect for groups of friends, wine clubs, solo drinkers, couples, companies and whomever find it interesting.
We carry over 100 books about wine at BISe in our library and you will be able to borrow books at each event.

The price is SEK 450 including some snacks. We start the early class at 18.30 and finish around 19.45 and the late class 20.00 and finish around 21.15.

If you want to have dinner at 20.00 when we are done, you can use the code SCHOOLOFWINE when making the booking and you will get a 3-course meal for SEK 450 (600 regular price).
